NXP-Freescale: Merger of 'Compatible' Giants on Track

NXP's pending acquisition of Freescale is "on track," but awaiting regulatory approvals in both China and the United States, according to Steve Wainwright, general manager of EMEA, vice president, sales and marketing at Freescale Semiconductor.
