Gamania Digital Entertainment, the second largest online game developer and operator in Taiwan, on October 22 announced the establishment of a joint venture, GungHo Gamania, with Japan-based fellow company GungHo Online Entertainment to provide handset-based mobile gaming services in the Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau.
