ARM Takes Back SoC Tool & Designers from Carbon

ARM takes back its SOC Designer Tool from Carbon Design Systems, which Carbon had acquired in a 2008 deal that gave Carbon full access to ARM's intellectual property to optimize its tools and generate cycle-accurate models of the company's processors, PrimeCell peripherals and fabric IP.
