Acer establishes subsidiary to enter electric vehicle power system and battery industries

Acer's Build Your Own Cloud (BYOC) business recently established a new subsidiary, MPS Energy, to focus on developing car-use batteries and electric vehicle power systems and will also combine its BYOC system with the product lines to create new smart management systems.
