Acer expects mid-range to high-end notebooks to account for 40% sales in 2016, says paper

Acer is planning to increase its mid-range and high-end notebooks' proportion in overall sales to 40% in 2016, double from 2015. The move is expected to help raise Acer's notebook ASP and the company also expects its sales in 2016 to grow 5% from 2015, according to a Chinese-language Apple Daily report citing Acer's executive as saying.
