Panasonic has been transforming its lighting business operations to focus on automotive lighting and aims at revenues of JPY60 billion (US$500 million) from automotive lighting for fiscal year (FY) 2018 (April 2018-March 2019), five times those for FY2014, according to Digitimes Research.
