Kinsus to post 5-10% revenue growth in 2Q15, says report

IC substrate maker Kinsus Interconnect Technology is expected to report revenue growth of 5-10% sequentially in the second quarter of 2015, as its shipments for new smartphones and wearable devices kick off, according to a recent Chinese-language Apple Daily report.
