Global 1Q15 mobile DRAM sales slip 1%, says DRAMeXchange

Mobile DRAM revenues amounted to about US$3.58 billion in the first quarter of 2015, down 0.9% from US$3.61 billion in the prior quarter, according to DRAMeXchange.
