DRAM prices fall 9% in 2Q15, says paper

DRAM spot prices continue to fall in the second quarter of 2015, with prices for 4Gb DDR3 chips having fallen about 9%, Taiwan's Central News Agency (CNA) quoted DRAMeXchange as saying in a recent report.
