Public display shipments remain steady in 3Q14, says DisplaySearch

According to DisplaySearch, on-year public display shipments grew 16% in the third quarter of 2014, and LCD public display shipments alone grew 18%, while plasma public display shipments were negligible, as many plasma products were phased out. Annual public display shipments began to improve in the second quarter of 2014, growing 3% in the third quarter, which is the market's highest quarterly growth rate over the past six quarters.
