Hewlett-Packard (HP) has appointed chairman of HP China Mao Yunan to concurrently serve as new chairman of its subsidiary in Hangzhou, H3C Technologies. The move has reportedly triggered a strong protest from H3C's employees, arguing the appointment will affect the company's autonomy.
