ECS sees Classmate PCs and Liva X mini PCs boost profits

Despite seeing motherboard shipments and profits continuing to decline, Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) is enjoying stable profits from its Classmate PC and Liva X mini PC product lines which together contributed about 30% of ECS' overall revenues in 2014, according to company president Sunny Yang.
