VIS reports flat earnings for 2Q14, wafer shipments to grow 6-8% in 3Q14

Wafer foundry service provider Vanguard International Semiconductor (VIS) has reported net profits of NT$1.32 billion (US$44 million) for the second quarter of 2014, down 1.5% from the previous quarter.
