Taiwan's July 2014 consumer price index (CPI) of 104.39 (2011 as base year) decreased 0.04% sequentially but increased 1.75% on year, while the wholesale price index (WPI) of 96.84% slipped 0.13% sequentially but grew 0.81% on year, according to the Directorate-General Budget, Accounting and Statistics (DGBAS).
