Photronics breaks ground for new photomask plant in China

Photomask solution provider Photronics has held a groundbreaking ceremony for its new FPD facility in Hefei China recently. The new plant, named Photronics Mask Corporation Hefei (PMCH), will roll out photomask products for 10.5G LCD lines, according to company sources.
