Global 3Q16 silicon wafer shipments increase, says SEMI

Worldwide silicon wafer area shipments increased during the third quarter of 2016 when compared to the second quarter, according to the SEMI Silicon Manufacturers Group (SMG) in its quarterly analysis of the silicon wafer industry.
