HTC raises Vive price in the UK; invests in more developers in VR alliance, says paper

High Tech Computer (HTC) on August 1 raised the price for the Vive in the UK, up from GBP700 (US$927) to GBP759 due to the depreciation of pound. In addition, HTC also invested in eight new partners in its VR alliance. So far the company has invested US$12 billion into the alliance, according to a Chinese-language Apple Daily report.
