Merry to form investment partnership with Luxshare via Suzhou subsidiary

Headset maker Merry Electronics has signed a letter of intent for cooperation with China-based Luxshare Precision Industry under which Luxshare or one of its subsidiaries will take up a 40-60% stake in a Merry subsidiary in Suzhou, China for CNY400-600 million (US$59.71-89.57 million).
