Taiwan attracts foreign direct investment of over US$5 billion in January-May, says MOEA

Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) approved 1,346 foreign direct investment projects (except from China) with a total value of US$5.178 billion in January-May 2016, respectively decreasing 6.72% and increasing 197.97% on year, according to MOEA statistics released on June 20.
