Chimei Materials Technology to start production of polarizers in eastern China in 2Q17

Polarizer maker Chimei Materials Technology is constructing a factory in Kunshan, eastern China, with equipment to be installed in September-October 2016 and production to kick off in the second quarter of 2017, according to company chairman Ho Chao-yang at the 2016 shareholder meeting on June 20.
