GaAs IC foundry Win Semiconductors has reported consolidated revenues of NT$1.12 billion (US$134.4 million) for March 2016, up 7.2% on year and hitting a record high. Revenues for the first quarter of 2016 totaled NT$3.29 billion, rising 17.2% from a year earlier.
