Advanced Semiconductor Engineering (ASE) has reported consolidated revenues for March 2016 increased 5.5% on year to NT$23.55 billion (US$726.7 million), while fellow packaging and testing company Siliconware Precision Industries' (SPIL) March revenues declined 13.7% from a year ago to NT$6.42 billion.
