Taiwan-based IC design houses are set to land more orders from the smartphone sector in 2016 as smartphones launched in the year are likely to come with dual-lens modules, fingerprint sensors, wireless charging chips, USB Type-C connections, force touch sensors and optical zoom, according to industry sources.
