Join In to acquire a 100% stake of handset ODM Wingtech

China-based real estate developer Join In Holding will acquire all outstanding shares of handset ODM maker Wingtech at CNY17.54 (US$2.74) per share. Join In currently holds a 51% stake in Wingtec.
