Tsinghua, Infineon Kicking Renesas' Tires

Renesas Electronics has become an investment target to suitors outside Japan, including China's Tsinghua Unigroup and Infineon Technologies in Germany, as Innovation Network Corp. of Japan (INCJ), a government-backed turnaround fund, plans to draw down its investment.
