NCC gives green light to merger of Asia Pacific Telecom with Ambit Microsystems

Taiwan's National Communications Commission (NCC) on November 4 approved the merger with Ambit Microsystems proposed by 4G mobile communication operator Asia Pacific Telecom and investment in Ambit proposed by Taiwan Mobile (TWM), another 4G operator, according to NCC.
