ChipMOS to expand business in China

Acknowledging robust demand from China-based panel makers including BOE Technology and China Star Optoelectronics Technology (CSOT), LCD driver IC backend houses such as ChipMOS Technologies are looking to expand their businesses in China, according to industry sources.
