China LED makers see mixed growth in January-September

China-based LED epitaxial wafer and chip maker San'an Optoelectronics saw revenues of CNY3.602 billion (US$576 million) and net profit of CNY1.447 billion for January-September 2015 increase 3.55% and 37.82% respectively on year, while fellow maker HC SemiTek had revenues of CNY699 million growing 34.41% but net profit of CNY8.9 million dropping 88.0%, according to the companies.
