LandMark Optoelectronics to list on OTC

GaAs- and InP-based LD (laser diode) and PD (photo diode) epitaxial wafer maker LandMark Optoelectronics will shift its listing from Taiwan's Emerging Stock Market to the over-the-counter (OTC) board on July 22 at a tentative price of NT$230 (US$7.40) per share, according to the company.
