FET takes legal action against TWM over 4G frequency dispute

Mobile telecom carrier Far EasTone Telecommunications (FET) has filed with the Taipei District Court a request for provisional measures prohibiting fellow company Taiwan Mobile (TWM) from using a portion of it C1 frequency band to operate 4G mobile communication services, until TWM returns a portion of the C4 frequency band, according to FET.
