Welcome to the Computex of Things

Computex Taipei, the largest ICT trade show in Asia and the second largest in the world, will begin its 35th year today, attracting over 130,000 visitors, including 38,000 international visitors. While Computex will feature more than 1,700 exhibitors and more than 5,000 booths, this year the show will also feature a distinctly different vibe from previous years, as the Taiwan ICT supply chain has been transitioning its focus from the mature PC industry to the wild-west spirit of the Internet of Things (IoT) and wearable industries, where the winners and losers have yet to be determined and everybody has a chance to succeed.
