The US energy service company market is expected to reach US$11.5 billion a year by 2024, says firm

As potential energy service companies (ESCO) customers continue to grapple with emerging climate change policies, risks associated with grid reliability, and a growing awareness of energy as an influence on the bottom line, the demand for energy efficiency retrofits and building improvements is expected to grow. Particularly in the US, where policy and economic drivers support ESCO work in the public sector, the private segment is emerging as a source of untapped market potential expected to further strengthen the market. According to a recent report from Navigant Research, the US ESCO market is expected increase from US$6.3 billion in 2015 to US$11.5 billion in 2024.
