China-based PV module makers and Taiwan-based crystalline silicon solar cell makers, in a bid to cope with US anti-dumping and anti-subsidization taxes, will set up solar cell production lines in countries other than China and Taiwan, mainly Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam, with total annual capacity of 3GWp by the end of 2015, according to industry sources.
