EU may soon decide whether to start anti-circumvention probe of China PV module makers

The European Union (EU) is likely to determine soon whether a formal investigation will be launched into China-based PV modules makers over alleged circumvention of minimum import pricing and quotas, according to industry sources in Taiwan.
