Winbond nets NT$0.83 per share for 2014

Winbond Electronics, a memory chipmaker specializing in specialty DRAM and NOR flash chips, saw its fourth-quarter net profits increase 11% sequentially to the highest quarterly level for 2014. Net EPS for the year came to NT$0.83 (US$0.03), compared to the NT$0.06 reported for 2013.
