TSMC orders equipment for NT$3.5 billion

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) has purchased facility and engineering equipment from Hitachi High-Technologies, Hitachi Kokusai Electric, ASML, Applied Materials and Eaton Phoenixtec MMPL for a total of about NT$3.49 billion (US$111.09 million), according to a company filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE).
