Taiwan market: Fixed-line Internet-access speeds in 2014 same as advertised levels, says NCC

Fixed-line broadband Internet-access speeds in Taiwan in 2014 were found to generally meet levels advertised by operators, with average download speeds reaching 93.3-110.3% of claimed levels and average upload speeds reaching 88.4-115.2%, according to the National Communications Commission (NCC).
