SK Hynix says its 8Gb LPDDR4 being adopted in new flagship smartphone

SK Hynix has announced that its 8-gigabit (8Gb) low-power DDR4 (LPDDR4) memory has been adopted in a brand-new smartphone model. Built using 20nm process technology, the memory works at 3200Mbps and ultra low-voltage of 1.1V.
