Taiwan's National Communications Commission (NCC) on February 16 decided to fine Asia Pacific Telecom (APT) and Taiwan Mobile (TWM) NT$300,000 (US$9,509) each because APT signed to cooperate on 4G roaming services with TWM on September 25, 2014 but filed a report with the NCC as late as December 17 violating requirements that such cooperation be reported within one month, according to NCC.
