Motorola performs strongly during October-December period

Motorola Mobility saw its handset shipments soar 118% sequentially to over 10 million units during the third quarter of its fiscal 2014 (from October to December 2014) and generated revenues of US$1.9 billion or nearly 56% of total sales recorded by Lenovo's mobile business unit in the quarter, according to data released by parent company Lenovo.
