Inspection tool maker HMI to open new plant

Hermes Microvision (HMI), which provides electron beam (e-beam) inspection tools and solutions for the production of semiconductors, will complete the construction of its new plant located at the Southern Taiwan Science Park (STSP) in the first quarter of 2015, according to market sources.
