Global 4Q14 DRAM output value rises 8%, says DRAMeXchange

Worldwide DRAM output came to US$12.98 billion in value during the fourth quarter of 2014, up 8.2% sequentially, according to DRAMeXchange. Samsung Electronics continued to lead the market with a more than 40% share.
