ChipMOS Technologies will start to install testing equipment for TDDI (touch with display driver) chips in the second quarter of 2015, according to the backend house. The number of testing equipment sets ready for LCD driver ICs at ChipMOS will increase to 500 by the end of 2015, said the company.
