ASE, SPIL post double-digit revenue growth in January

IC packaging and testing houses Advanced Semiconductor Engineering (ASE) and Siliconware Precision Industries (SPIL) have reported increases of 25.6% and 14.3%, respectively, in consolidated revenues for January 2015.
