0.4mm thermal pipes may be used in smartphones in 2015, say Taiwan makers

Notebook thermal pipe makers have further reduced diameters from 0.6mm to 0.4mm and thereby are likely to see 0.4mm pipes adopted by smartphone vendors in 2015, according to Taiwan-based supply chain makers.
