KYEC reports revenue gains for July

IC backend service company King Yuan Electronics (KYEC) has reported revenues of NT$1.5 billion (US$50.04 million) for July, increasing 4.5% from the previous month and 15.3% from a year earlier. Accumulated revenues through July 2014 totaled NT$9.16 billion, up 8.2% on year.
