As Microsoft has removed licensing charges for Windows used in below 9-inch mobile devices, vendors including Lenovo, Acer and Asustek Computer are expected to launch several tablets based on Windows 8.1 with Bing in the third quarter of 2014, according to Taiwan-based supply chain makers.
