Coretronic to reduce capital, no dividend for 2013

Taiwan-based backlight unit (BLU) and projector maker Coretronic will downsize its paid-in capital by 25% from NT$7.24 billion (US$239 million) currently to NT$5.43 billion and will not distribute any dividend for 2013, according to the company.
