Specialty IC foundry Vanguard International Semiconductor (VIS) has reported net profits declined 18.7% from a year earlier to NT$4.51 billion (US$153.6 million) in 2017, when consolidated revenues fell 3.6% on year to NT$24.91 billion. EPS for the year came to NT$2.75.
