Taiwan, Japan to jointly help SMEs tap Southeast Asian market

Japan has expressed hopes for joining forces with Taiwan to help small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of both countries develop markets targeted by Taiwan's New Southbound Policy, according to Taiwan economic officials.
